We know many of you are looking for a job, especially in the hospitality industry. Many of you are reaching the point of “What’s next”?

💫𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 is going to happen to me today…

🌳What was that? How about you tell yourself that 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮��𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 when looking in the mirror.🎊 Say it out loud and with a certain tone of joy. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂? That’s the work we have to put in in order to prepare ourselves for the best.

Interviewing candidates around the world during this time right now has shown that jobseekers roughly can be put into five categories:

1. 𝗝𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, self-confident, always has several options on the outlook.
2. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿
3. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿 follow-ups are good but don’t overdo it.
4. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿, can adapt easily to the job market and finds quickly alternative solutions.
5. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻��, even once placed or in a new job, still will continue nurturing the relationships.
