Multiple times it happened that in the endless turn-taking flow of everyday tasks and rising emergencies we can hardly find the time to support the warm relations with teammates.
Therefore we decided to create a special meeting once per week where we dedicate time and attention only to communicating with each other on the heart-to-heart level.
Instead of talking about work we share our lives behind the working space, showing the real us, who are not afraid to look vulnerable. Each of us knows that it is a safe space, where you can expect support or good advice, and never judgment or ignorance.
Our mission at WIPS is to build lasting relationships. We strive to lead by example.
That is why, first of all, we start spreading our mission from within our team.
