That was the loud sound of my heart beating as I prepared for the video call with a world-renowned VP of a successful company in the luxury hospitality industry.

We had never spoken before, but I had admired and followed his company for a while. Imagine this: out of the blue, he reached out, inviting me to a call.

He said that he was considering us, WIPS, as a potential partner for recruitment, as he was restructuring the recruitment & HR division of his company.

Recognizing this potential without question, I found myself swimming in a sea of euphoria.
