In 2024, I didn’t hit record-breaking numbers in my recruitment business.
(And trust me, my bar was intentionally sky-high.)
But here’s the twist:
I’ve never felt more successful.
STOP.
PAUSE.
Take a breath and ask yourself:
What if everything you know about success is outdated?
Because success isn’t one-dimensional.
It’s not just digits in your bank account.
It’s a full-circle, 360-degree measurement of your life.
Here’s what success looked like for me this year:
➡️ I made more than enough income while working smarter.
➡️ I got to know myself deeper than ever before.
➡️ I’ve built impactful human connections through recruitment worldwide
➡️ I gained more free time – precious, abundant free time.
➡️ I unapologetically showed up for myself: daily yoga, meditation, sports – because it fuels me.
➡️ My energy skyrocketed.
➡️ I never felt this balanced
➡️ I tuned into something bigger – a purpose that transcends just me: helping humanity.
This purpose gave birth to an additional business: Heidiscoaching
Not because I need it but because the world needs it.
In 2025 let’s unlock a higher level of success—one that matters—for ourselves and for the world.
