I start off my day with 25 minutes of Pranayama, a practice of breath regulation. If we have breath we have energy. In Sanskrit, โ€œpranaโ€ means life energy, and โ€œYamaโ€ means control.

Before my eyes start to flicker during the day and losing focus through uncontrolled multi-tasking, I set time aside each morning to dwell in silence. Embracing the now, the present moment, training my focus by devoting space to generate happiness while I create incredible health benefits. No additional tools are needed, only time, breath, and discipline. This is how I set the right tone for the day.
