5 years ago, I made a wise choice.
Since then, I followed through with it 365 days each year.
I would not trade this habit for anything in the world.
It was that one decision that changed my life forever.
A promise to invest the first 20 minutes of each morning, to make myself freshly squeezed vegetable/fruit juice.
Since then I have had some incredible results:

🔥…and this is no joke, I no longer need an alarm clock, I wake up at 5:00 am as my whole body urges for the next vitamin bomb.

harmony, joy, and energy.
